Morpheus24 makes every effort to accurately display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the site. However, there is no guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and electronic displays may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and Morpheus24 cannot guarantee that items will be readily in stock. Morpheus24 reserves the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Purchases & payments
We accept the following forms of payment:
– Credit and debit cards throught the Stripe system
Clients agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. Clients further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so transactions may be completed, and contact clients as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed necessary. Morpheus24 may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
Clients agree to pay all charges at the prices presently in effect at the time of purchase and any applicable shipping fees. Most express or overnight orders placed before 2PM EST time are shipped on the same day (other than holidays or weekends). Average shipping time for priority orders is 1-2 working days and orders with free shipping option 2-7 working days.
Morpheus24 is not responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of the shipment (please file a claim with the shipping company). Shipments can be additionally insured against loss, theft, destruction (to be selected by the customer in check out cart).
If the package has not been delivered, has been stolen or destroyed, the customer is responsible for submitting a claim to the company that he/she has chosen as the shipper of the package (the claim needs to be filed within 60 days). The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address. The system automatically prints the label for shipping, therefore it is not possible to change the address after placing an online order.
Morpheus24 is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. Subsequent shipment of a package returned by UPS, USPS or Fedex will incur additional shipping fees (due to providing the wrong address).
Customer is responsible for the proper protection of his mailbox against theft. Additional instructions left by the customer for the shipping company placed on a lable will not guarantee such instructions will be followed.
Clients authorize Morpheus24 and its affiliates to charge client’s chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing a purchase order. Morpheus24 reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if payment has been requested and/or received.
Restrictions
Morpheus24 reserves the right to refuse any order placed through the site. Morpheus24 may, at its sole discretion, limit, or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. Morpheus24 reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in its sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Free delivery
As Morpheus24 we offer an optional free delivery option if the order payment amount is over $200.
Return policy
All sales are final if the product was used. Exchanges will be offered if products remain unused and is in the original packaging. Morpheus24 stands behind its high-quality products and believes in good customer service. If a damaged item is received, please contact customer service at shopatmorpheus@gmail.com for assistance.
All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days so long as it is in stock. Items out of stock will be back-ordered and shipped as soon as available.
If you received a product that seems broken or you have any problems while using it WE NEED PROOF.
We want to be fair and help, but products can be replaced only after making sure that there is something wrong. Please make sure, within 3 days of receiving the product to record video and take pictures of products that in your opinion might be broken and email us on shopatmorpheus@gmail.com. Morpheus24 will propose a solution within 3 working days.
If the customer received an incorrect product other than he/she ordered within 3 days of receiving the package, he/she should send by e-mail shopatmorpheus@gmail.com photos of the received product, order number and full name and shipping address. The correct product will be sent after returning of the product received by mistake (Morpheus24 will provide a label for returning the package). The package must be properly protected against damage.
